• Acta Obstétrica e Ginecológica Portuguesa (AOGP) is an editorially independent publication, property of the Federation of Portuguese Societies of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FSPOG).

• The journal publishes original, peer reviewed, scientific work in all areas related to Obstetrics and Gynecology. The main aim of the journal is the promotion and dissemination of scientific research in these areas, predominantly between clinicians in the specialty. Another aim of the journal is the international dissemination at high impact levels of scientific research carried out in Portugal. It is a bilingual journal, accepting articles written either in English or in Portuguese, but in all cases needing the inclusion of a Title and an Abstract in English.

Articles are submitted exclusively at the journal submission site: www.editorialmanager.com/aogp.

The journal is published every three months and send free of charge to all Specialists and Residents in Obstetrics and Gynecology registered at the FSPOG.
