Occipital condyle fractures are rare conditions usually associatedwith severe head injury. The diagnosis is difficult using only a plain radiograph and CT scan is necessary in most cases. We report four cases of high energy head trauma and occipital condyle fractures, discussing the diagnosis and treatment options.
