Femoral deformities can be corrected through realignment osteotomies and endomedullary fixation. The correct orientation of the distal bone fragment may require an open approach which entails an increased risk of soft tissue injury, infection or delayed healing. We present a percutaneous technique that allow the correct placement of an endomedullary nail during femoral deformity correction surgeries.
