A pessoa em situação crítica, internada em contexto de urgência e unidade de cuidados intensivos, encontra-se em processo de transição saúde-doença. O enfermeiro, num registo autónomo e interdependente, emerge como agente facilitador para a promoção de uma transição saudável. A presença da família, na qual se insere a pessoa doente, é essencial na prestação de cuidados. Face a um evento excecional, como uma pandemia, a presença da família é limitada e a interação pessoa doente-família fica condicionada. Este trabalho tem como objetivo, compreender as intervenções de enfermagem à pessoa em situação crítica, que se revelam facilitadoras, perante o distanciamento da família, em contexto de urgência e UCI, em cenário de pandemia. Considerando a temática, realizou-se uma revisão integrativa da literatura, tendo por suporte um protocolo de pesquisa validado por perito. A pesquisa foi realizada nas bases de dados MEDLINE e CINAHL e literatura cinzenta. Aplicados os critérios de inclusão e exclusão obteve-se um total de 24 artigos para extração e análise. A análise dos dados foi sustentada, tendo por base a teoria das Transições de Afaf Meleis. Como intervenções facilitadoras no processo de transição, emergiram: a construção de estratégias de comunicação, a definição das necessidades reais e potenciais da família e pessoa em situação crítica e o conhecimento das experiências vividas pela família face ao processo. Verificou-se que, o cuidado centrado na família-pessoa em situação crítica, subsidia o potencial das intervenções de enfermagem.

The Person in Critical Situation, hospitalized in a context of emergency and intensive care unit, is in a health-disease transition process. The Nurse, in an autonomous and interdependent register, emerges as a facilitating agent for the promotion of a healthy transition. Family presence is essential in providing of care. Due to the exceptional pandemic situation, the presence of the family is limited and the interaction between patient-family is conditioned. This work aims to understand nursing interventions to the person in critical situation, which prove to be facilitators, due to the distancing from the family, in an Emergency Service and in Intensive Care Unit, in a pandemic scenario. Considering the topic under analysis, an integrative literature review was conducted, supported by a research protocol, validated by an expert. The research was carried out in the MEDLINE and CINAHL databases and grey literature. Applied the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 24 articles were obtained for extraction and analysis. Data analysis was supported based on the Afaf Meleis’ Transitions Theory. As facilitating interventions in the transition process, emerged: the construction of communication strategies, the definition of the real and potential needs of the family and the person in critical situation and the knowledge of the experiences lived by the family in the process. It was found that, care centered on the family-person in a critical situation, subsidizes the potential of nursing interventions.
