SANTOS, Marcel O. dos; MARTINS, Rodrigo H.    VIANA, Helena Brandão. Hybrid Teaching in the Pandemic: analysis of data available on the internet. []. , 12, e719.   25--2022. ISSN 2184-7770.  https://doi.org/10.36367/ntqr.12.2022.e719.

With the advancement of the COVID-19 pandemic, in several countries, including Brazil, educational institutions had to pause their face-to-face activities. New ways of working were adopted by institutions, and one of them was blended learning and teachers had to reinvent themselves. For hybrid teaching to be effective, it is necessary for the teacher to use new tools during classes, implement new virtual rooms, games, respect the students' learning pace, encourage student protagonism, change their evaluation culture, deepen the knowledge built in the traditional classroom, foster collaboration between peers in the teaching and learning processes. In this work, the proposal was to analyze the ways of acting adopted by teachers, and the challenges faced during Blended Teaching from a video posted on the Youtube platform, and in article publications. For this, the investigation of latent data corpus from the internet was used. The analysis of the latent data corpus was based on the lecture/class given by a PhD professor on the channel of the Digital Educational Laboratory (LDE) of the Federal University of Ceará on Youtube and publications of articles related to the subject. From the video it was concluded that most teachers are engaged in the use of the methodology but point out many problems to be overcome. The need for improvement in the educational process was evident and this must be continuous to bring possibilities of service to all actors involved in education.
