For Angie Bonino, Peruvian visual artist of international recognition, pioneer of electronic art in Peru in the 90s, video art is a happening which involves and engages the observer in the construction of the message. This paper proposes to investigate how the artist approaches video art. The paper proposes to investigate how the artist approaches the video art to bring out the critical sight of the observer, characteristic of a zoon politikon, with signifying practices found footage and creating aesthetic realities.
