Abstract

This article presents the brief description, critical review and analytical reading of the annual journal O Canto do Mar: jornal criativo em Língua Portuguesa of UW- Milwaukee, (no. 1-4, 2017-2020), whose creation and production result from a process of teaching-learning, with active/participatory pedagogical methodologies and innovative research-action curriculum model of the conventional academic school structure. In addition to the introduction and final notes that globally frame and explain these themes, this text develops in two sections articulated in a transversal approach to the two central topics addressed: "The Corner of the Sea", a newspaper in Portuguese of Lusophony and the multi-methodological socio-educational project, which underlies and guides it. Its main objective is the broad dissemination of O Canto do Mar..., at the international level and within the Lusophone world, spore-temporal contexts that inform it, and whose analysis is made, in a transdisciplinary conceptual framework, in compliance with this publication of multicultural vocation.
