This article aims to address the uniqueness of some aspects of the landscape, from the plans of O Rio do Ouro, 1998, a film directed by Paulo Rocha (PR). Once chosen some sequences, the film plans that become thus closer to the idea of paintings, will be characterized especially to explore the picturesque approach within the concept of landscape.
