In this text I try to show the multiplicity of view points which landscape as a art genre conveys to contemplation, mirroring a thematic universality capable to transform it in a medium, i.e. a way how to look at and depict the world. Joaquim Bravo pictures in landscape what he is feeling and reflecting about it. His work arises in me a duality: exhilaration from the heart and intellectual challenge which demands my insight.
