Abstract

The article discusses the prospects of woven art in the Espírito Santo (Brasil), from the work of Dilma Góes, starting from her experience as generating images to resignifying these memories and the (re)materialization in works that reflect the textile innovation in Brasil. It starts with a historical contextualization of this visual language in Brasil. The approach will be made by through the methodological bias the studies of the creation process, based on the assumptions of genetic criticism and archives studies on its mediation with visual arts, starting from the study of the artist's documents of the creative process.
