Abstract
SILVA, Katia Alexandra de Godoi e. Digital Curation in Qualitative Analysis Software: a training proposal based on skills development. NTQR [online]. 2022, vol.10, e520. Epub July 01, 2022. ISSN 2184-7770. https://doi.org/10.36367/ntqr.10.2022.e520.
In recent years there has been a growing interest on the part of researchers in qualitative research approaches in the digital context, influencing design and demanding digital skills. In this context, the present study may bring contributions related to the management of a curation plan, which may encompass the organization of searches, selection, contextualization, sharing and evaluation, in addition to facilitating communication between research participants. Thus, the objective of this chapter is to present a training proposal for qualitative researchers in digital curation with the exploration of Computer Assisted Qualitative Data Analysis Software CAQDAS, from the development of competences. To achieve this objective, the chapter is organized into three sections, the first being the introduction; the second, the articulation between digital curation and CAQDAS, in order to discuss some of the main concepts on digital curation, in order to elucidate and approach the theme in the organization and management of data in CAQDAS; the third, the proposal for training digital curation in CAQDAS, which was chosen to work, from the hybrid learning model called Self-Blend, using the Digital Content Curation Model in Education and the DigCompEdu Framework, more specifically Area 2 - Digital Resources. Finally, the final considerations reveal possibilities of dialogue between the digital curation process and the CAQDAS, emerging a new training proposal. A training focused on the demands and attributions of the researcher, who needs to be prepared to assume such responsibility. In addition to limitations, which are related to the training itself, which is in the development phase.
