This protocol intended to estimate in which measure the social construction about the sexes thus condition the anticipation of political behaviors. The results stand out the symbolic asymmetry between the sexes, suggesting the existence of a discrepancy between the organizational environment characteristics and the feminine stereotype characteristics and the need for behavioral negotiation felt by the women, which is manifest in the need they feel for image management. Women appeal preferably to indirect influence strategies and individual strategies of organizational survival, which in turn diminish de chance for social change, by perpetuating the domination relation.
