Integrando a inovação e o conhecimento na estratégia*
Edward F. McDonough III1, Michael H. Zach2, Hsing-Er Lin3 e Iris Berdrow4
TITLE: Integrating innovation style and knowledge into strategy
ABSTRACT: The way we think about strategy is woefully incomplete. The traditional idea focusing in the positioning of products (or services) underplays much of what most would agree makes a company truly competitive. An effective strategy is comprised of three key components: product/market, knowledge and innovation positions. The article introduces the notion of competing based not only on what an organization makes or the service it provides, but on what it knows and how it innovates.
Key words: Innovation, Knowledge, Strategy, Competitiveness
