This text aims to shape, according to purpose of the author, «a route for a fundamental anthropology of euthanasy (…) in a technologically avanced and politically and culturallly positively secular society». After a fragment so substantially historic as is the Cicero’s analysis, within a pre-christian period, about the question how to “live (in) the old age”, some lines of cultural production «making deaf ears before hymns of pseudo-religious culture», challenging the picture what Georg Simmel, the Berlin’s and Strasbourg’s philosopher, has made briefly in the beginning of XX century: “the moral is nowdays in the Europe the moral of animals flock”. After the meeting of divergent voices regarding that matrix, there is no other position - and that is the essential - than to receive the exhortation of the italian philosopher Paolo Flores d’Arcais: “Rebel, friendly reader, democratic reader! Lift your not! against who speaks about sacredness of life only to impose his will, cuting the dignity to your.”
