This article aims to present a grid for intervention planning that facilitates the development of inclusive pedagogical practices. To this end we conducted  a review of the literature focused on the concepts of inclusive education and Universal design for learning (Universal Design for Learning), which allowed to identify and substantiate relevant dimensions to consider in planning of pedagogical intervention ensuring access, participation and success for all students. With this grid for educational intervention planning we intended to ultimately stress the need and the importance of developing planning processes that resorts to diverse forms of motivation and involvement of students, allowing multiple processes of presentation of content learning and the use of various forms of action and expression on the part of students.
