Reactive Lymphoid Hyperplasia (RLH) is a focal hepatic lesion characterized by proliferation of non-neoplastic polyclonal lymphocytes. The incidence of RLH on the liver is exceedingly rare, and it is difficult to differentiate such lesions from hepatic malignancies based upon clinical and imaging findings. In this report, we discuss a case of an histologically confirmed hepatic RLH in a patient with cured hepatitis C infection, focusing on imaging and pathologic findings.
