Its effectiveness involves a multidisciplinary team, which should include the rehabilitation nurse, as it is the one responsible to empower the disabled person for the reintegration and exercise of citizenship.

To reflect on the rights of persons with disabilities; to understand the intervention of the specialist nurse in rehabilitation nursing in promoting accessibility and social inclusion.
