COSTA, Francielle Medeiros et al. Production of seedlings of yellow passion fruit in different compositions of substrate and environment. []. , 41, 1, pp.141-150. ISSN 0871-018X.  https://doi.org/10.19084/RCA17230.

The objective of the present work was to evaluate the quality of yellow passion fruit seedlings in different combinations of substrates and light environments. The experimental design was completely randomized in a 3x5 factorial scheme, arranged in subdivided plots. Three proportions of substrates (A: 100% soil, B: 75% soil + 25% bovine manure and C: 75% soil + 25% Vivatto Slim Plus® commercial substrate) and five light environments: black mesh, thermo-reflective mesh, blue mesh, red mesh and full sun. Growth analysis of the seedlings was carried out at 50 days after sowing. Significant interaction between the substrates and light environments was observed for variables the chlorophyll A, B, total and A/ B, root length and volume, leaf area, total dry mass and dry shoot mass, increasing plant growth. The red mesh provided higher values for most of the analyzed variables. Therefore it can be concluded that passion fruit seedlings are influenced by different light environments and substrates.
