A 74-year-old male patient with a recent history of epigastric pain and nausea, anorexia and weight loss (20 Kg in a month) is presented. In his past from medical history there was reference to a resection of melanoma on the right shoulder four years ago. Physical examination revealed a hard, painless and adherent adenopathy in the left supraclavicular region. Thoracic, abdominal and pelvic CT scan showed multiple liver metastasis. Upper endoscopy revealed a sessile polyp 5 mm in diameter below GE junction; in the body and antrum there were also multiple sessile polyps 2 to 4 mm in diameter with erosions of the mucosa. Histopathology was compatible with infiltrated malignant melanoma.
