Acute colonic pseudo-obstruction (Ogilvie’s Syndrome) is characterized by signs and symptoms of large bowel obstruction without a mechanical cause. Authors report one case of a 78-year-old female patient, with acute colonic pseudo-obstruction associated with pancreatic adenocarcinoma treated with endoscopic decompression.
