VIEGAS, Selma Maria da Fonseca    PENNA, Cláudia Maria de Mattos. Comprehensive practice in family health strategy in Brazil: the everyday work of the team. []. , serIII, 10, pp.99-108. ISSN 0874-0283.  https://doi.org/10.12707/RIII1279.

This is a qualitative study defined by the search strategy Holistic Multiple Case Study based on the Comprehensive Sociology of Everyday Life and originated from a doctoral thesis. The aim was to understand the construction of comprehensive health practices in the everyday work of Family Health Strategy teams and municipal managers. The subjects were 48 workers in seven teams in six Basic Health Units, the support staff and the managers of Datas, Gouveia and Diamantina, located in Vale do Jequitinhonha, in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The results show that despite the actions of the interdisciplinary team is not an everyday practice yet, the professionals recognize the need to act and articulate with other professionals. Thus, despite the need for greater interaction, it is concluded that there is a perception by workers that teamwork makes it possible to enhance everyday actions in health, with a view to delivering comprehensive health care.
