Theoretical framework: Parental behaviour can have a significant effect on the sexual attitudes and behaviours of adolescents. Objectives: This study objective was to analyse the predictive effect of the family organisational culture in sexual attitudes and behaviours of adolescents in the 9th grade. Methodology: The sample consisted of 364 adolescents of both genders aged between 14 and 18 years. The data collection instruments were the Inventory of the Family Organisational Culture and the Scale of Attitudes about Sexuality in Adolescents. Results: The results showed that the family Culture of Interpersonal Relationships, Hierarchical Culture and Heuristic Culture variables significantly predict the sexual attitudes and behaviours of adolescents. Conclusion: This study highlights the importance of implementing programs and projects in schools on the subject of sexuality, involving not only adolescents but also their families, as an essential element in promoting healthy sexual attitudes and behaviours.
