The World Health Organization defines Quality of Life as the individual's perception of their position in life, in the context of culture and value systems in which they live and in relation to their goals, expectations, standards and concerns. This study aimed to assess the Quality of Work Life of doctor’s in primary care in the Roraima State (Brazil), from the perspective of job satisfaction. 62 physicians participated in the study (43 teams from the city of Boa Vista and 19 teams of municipalities in the State). Among the respondents, 48,4% are female and 36,1% are aged, ex aequo, between 28 and 39 years and between 40 and 49 years. To collect information we used the WHOQOL-BREF. Data collection was performed by the master's degree between July and August 2011. Most respondents reported having a problem with this aspect of this fact, possibly related to the lack of time devoted to physical activities; the professional actively engaged in a journey of stressful and tiring to work in their spare time just prioritizing other activities, such as family, leisure, and even rest. Tiring work hours and little financial incentive and even the career plan, end up causing job dissatisfaction.
