^lpt^aA intervenção psicológica em grupo apresenta vantagens no contexto da saúde. Permite atender maior número de pacientes, promover a interação entre os membros e fornecer modelos de comportamentos adequados. É considerado uma condição socialmente reforçadora e semelhante ao contexto fora de sessão, o que facilita a generalização de comportamentos. Atualmente existem poucas publicações sobre intervenção psicológica em grupo direcionada a mulheres com endometriose. O presente artigo descreve um modelo de atendimento em grupo para mulheres com tal diagnóstico com enfoque Analítico Comportamental. Foram realizadas dez sessões, elaboradas a partir de literatura pertinente, com uma hora e meia de duração. O grupo possuía característica fechada e era formado por seis participantes com condição homogênea. Os objetivos incluíram o desenvolvimento de habilidades sociais, expressão de sentimentos, autoconhecimento e relaxamento. Os dados foram obtidos por meio da observação do comportamento das participantes e registros realizados pelas psicoterapeutas. Os resultados corroboraram com a literatura com relação à demora em receber o diagnóstico e a necessidade de trabalhar habilidades sociais, com o intuito de diminuir a frequência de comportamentos relacionados à fuga e à esquiva de contextos sociais. No grupo foi possível observar que após a intervenção, as mulheres discutiram com mais frequência sobre gravidez, tema considerado aversivo, o que pode indicar a aquisição de repertórios relacionados à expressão de sentimentos e ao enfrentamento.^len^aGroup psychological intervention has advantages when used in the context of health. It allows a greater number of patients to be attended, promote interaction between members and provide models of appropriate behaviors. Is considered a socially reinforcing condition and similar to the out-of-session context, which facilitates the generalization of behaviors. Currently there are few publications about psychological intervention in group directed to women with endometriosis. This article describes a model of treatment group for women with such a diagnosis with a behavioral analytic approach. Ten sessions were held, based on pertinente literature, with an hour and a half of duration. The group had closed feature and was formed by six participants with homogeneous condition. The objective included developing of social skills, expression of feelings, self-knowledge, and relaxation. The data were obtained by observing the behavior of the participants and the records made by the psychotherapists. The results corroborated with the literature regarding the delay in receiving the diagnosis and the need to work with social skills, in order to reducing the frequency of behaviors related to escape and avoidance of social contexts. In the group, it was possible to observe after the intervention, women discussed more frequently about pregnancy, a subject considered aversive, which may indicate the acquisition of repertoires related to the expression of feelings and coping.
