SCHMIDT, Maria Luiza. Psychosocial risk factors in municipal work contexts: diagnose to intervene. []. , 21, 1, pp.229-235. ISSN 1645-0086.  https://doi.org/10.15309/20psd210133.

Occupational exposure to psychosocial risk factors is associated to aspects of work conditions, organization and socio-professional relations being a source of stressors that impact workers´ health. This work aims to present the practice of technical and scientific support of the Undergraduate Psychology Program from the São Paulo State University (UNESP), Assis Campus - SP in articulation with the Vale do Paranapanema Intermunicipal Consortium (CIVAP) for diagnosis and intervention actions of psychosocial risks to the health of municipal workers. Method: The participants are workers of different specialties who work in the municipal spheres. The procedures used are: the Assessment Scale of Work Context (ASWC), individual interview and group activities, based on the theoretical bias of the Psychodynamics of Work approach. Results: The main risk factors were related to the impossibility of achieving goals, deadlines and pressures, due to the rigidity of the rules and insufficiency of workers to meet the demands. The three dimensions are directly influenced by the management modes of Mayors and Municipal Secretaries. Conclusion: The results favor the creation of strategies to improve workspaces. This developed practice strengthens the domain of Health Psychology in the field of Mental Health and Work.
