^lpt^aComo fica a segurança e defesa da UE no Tratado de Lisboa? Esta é uma área tradicionalmente de difícil integração europeia, pois está entre os poderes fundamentais do Estado soberano moderno. Por outro lado, os custos crescentes da defesa, um mundo em que as ameaças podem ser mais difusas, mas não são menos reais, e a crise económica e financeira tornam mais premente e mais provável mudanças neste campo. Quais são os avanços que o Tratado de Lisboa vem trazer no campo da segurança e defesa, quais serão os desafios da sua implementação?
