FLORES-RIOS, Brenda L. et al. Analysis of Knowledge Flows in Software Process Improvement Projects under a multi-perspective approach. []. , 14, pp.51-66. ISSN 1646-9895.  https://doi.org/10.17013/risti.14.51-66.

Knowledge Management (KM) can provide several benefits to software development organizations. Some of them are knowledge assets management, productivity increase, or an improvement in their software process capability level. However, due to the evolution and growth in the software development industry, there is a requirement for new paradigms associated to creation and reuse of different types and flows of knowledge, tending to encourage innovation processes around Software Process Improvement (SPI). This paper presents an analysis of three approaches to knowledge flows, proposing a strategy that supports the creation, exchange and evolution of knowledge involved in an SPI project. We define a framework for capture of different types of knowledge and identification of knowledge flows from the elements of a process reference model.
