This paper details the validation work of a satisfaction questionnaire in order to be able to measure the impact of the introduction of mobile gamification learning system in higher education. Specifically, the validation work has been carried out by Spanish and Ecuadorian experts, specialized in ICT, education and university technology areas. webQDA software has been used to perform a qualitative analysis of answers and comments given by the experts, then allowing the introduction of new questions and modifying some of the original ones with the aim of obtaining a validated satisfaction questionnaire
