^lpt^aUma breve revisão sobre alguns lugares do "livro de artista", enquadrando dois conceitos, um mais abrangente, que considera como "livro de artista" um livro feito pelo artista, desde os primórdios do livro; outro conceito, mais restrito, limita o livro de artista aos exemplos em que o conceito circula e o autor sabe que faz um livro de artista. A terminar propõe-se uma representação tridimensional de três polaridades presentes no tema.^len^aA short review on the topic "artists book," framing two perspectives: one, broader, that considers as an artist book any book with artistic commitment, either new or old. The other perspective, more strict, narrows the view into the examples where the author is aware of his own intention, of exploring the theme. A three dimensional drawing is presented, illustrating three polarities on the artists book.
