^lpt^aO presente estudo analisa alguns aspetos do novo regime da adjudicação por lotes, abordando questões respeitantes à construção das propostas no âmbito deste “figurino procedimental”, bem como certos problemas inerentes à limitação do número de lotes a adjudicar a um concorrente e à previsão de uma adjudicação combinada de lotes. São, também, apresentadas algumas breves notas sobre as consequências decorrentes da opção da entidade adjudicante pela autonomia ou pela ligação entre os diferentes lotes. Sumário: 1. A adjudicação por lotes e a divisão do contrato em lotes; 2. Algumas questões respeitantes à construção das propostas pelos concorrentes; 3. A autonomia e a ligação entre os diferentes lotes.^len^aThis article analyses some aspects of the new contract award regime in the form of separate lots, addressing questions about the drawing up of tenders in this procedural design, as well as certain problems arising from the limitation of the number of lots that may be awarded to one tenderer and from a combined award of lots. There are also some brief notes regarding the consequences resulting from a contracting authority option to autonomize the lots or otherwise to connect them.  Summary:1. Contract award in the form of separate lots and division of contracts into lots; 2. Some questions regarding the drawing up of tenders; 3.
