^lpt^aEm Portugal, o desenvolvimento administrativo potenciado pela Revolução Liberal promoveu uma Administração Pública que refletiu ao nível ministerial uma estruturação progressiva e um modus operandi burocrático. Sintomatologias que alastraram aos arquivos. Foi explorado o “Arquivo Moderno do Ultramar” (1833-1910) privilegiando-se o estudo orgânico-funcional da Direção-Geral do Ultramar e a história custodial daquele conjunto documental depositado no Arquivo Histórico Ultramarino, em Lisboa.
