The author reflects on the new social-economic and cultural order and its influence on norms, patterns and models that regulate behaviours. A reference is made to the answers available to people with special needs, namely on the legal and educational level. Inclusive School, the paradigm that allowed intervention to move from the medical domain into the psychopedagogical domain, is emphasised.
