Clinical case of a 17 -year-old female diagnosed with acromioclavicular dislocation associated with fracture avulsion of the coracoid . Underwent surgery with reinsertion of the coracoid with an anchoring system . Postoperative rehabilitation and uncomplicated with good results in terms of function, aesthetics and pain.
