For more than twenty years, Angiologia e Cirurgia Vascular (ACV Journal) has consistently disseminated peer-reviewed scientific work. From inception, all original research articles, reviews, and case reports published in each issue undergo rigorous double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers. This process relies on the exceptional dedication of a committed and highly qualified group of reviewers who selflessly assist in identifying relevant contributions and enhancing the scientific rigour and overall quality of the Journal. Their role is indispensable to maintaining standards of excellence and ethical integrity, and for this, the Editors express their sincere appreciation.
Manuscript submissions continue to grow, and quality benchmarks have risen. Also, the Journal has evolved toward English-language publication for all original and review papers. As such, the task of our reviewers has become even more demanding and important. The Journal’s success is therefore closely linked to the diligence, expertise, and professionalism of its reviewers.
Ongoing assessment of reviewer performance also enables the strengthening of the Editorial Board of Angiologia e Cirurgia Vascular, by inviting those who consistently demonstrate commitment and high-quality evaluations to participate more actively in the Journal’s strategic direction.
