This article defends that the Covid-19 pandemic be understood from the perspective of Institutional Analysis. The differential effects of the virus highlight an unequal distribution of precariousness. Different devices operate the bio-thanato-necropolitical devices that produce and simultaneously make use of the unequal distribution of precariousness as a technology of power. Although the development of vaccines and medicinal and therapeutical strategies is essential to combat the pandemic, it is necessary to go beyond the technical sphere, so that technical and technological advances can benefit everyone. It was also sought to reflect on a strategic filling capable of profaning such devices, starting from the interweaving between science and ethics.

Palavras-chave : Covid-19; uneven distribution of precariousness; device; care.
