Abstract

RIBOULET, Jean-Michel; ALVES, Luiz A. R.  and  URREIZTI, Nerea. Determination of chloroanisoles by solid phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography (GC) with mass spectrometry detection (MS) in cork soaks or in wine . Ciência Téc. Vitiv. [online]. 2002, vol.17, n.2, pp.61-71. ISSN 0254-0223.

This paper describes a method for the quantification of releasable chloroanisoles from cork stoppers to wine. A sample of the corks to be tested is soaked in white wine. The chloroanisoles wich have migrated from the stoppers to the wine are then analysed using the SPME - GC/MS technique. The proposed methodology allowed for a detection limit of 0,2 ng.L-1 for each chloroanisole.

Keywords : gosto a mofo; TCA (2,4,6-tricloroanisol); rolha; vinho; SPME - GC/MS.
