A reflective reading of José Régio’s Pages of Intimate Diary makes it clear that all major trends of his work converge into this text. From the theoretical approach under the presença influence to the literary criticism, from novel to poetry and to theatre, all can be found there. Furthermore, this work evidences the human conflict thus proposing new macrotextuals readings.
