The development of a Community Support System in terms of housing should give priority to the accessibility of disavantaged populations in order to provide access to stable, affordable and safe housing options. The strategies to develop new housing options may be focused on the acess to the existing housing market, the preservation of housing alternatives and the development of new housing options. To ensure long term successfull results implies the involvement of national, european and even world scale organizations, the adaptation of housing in terms of the space and the support services provided and the promotion of citizen participation in the integration of special needs groups.
