In the present work the authors try to constitute the Other as an organizer of the development process in the adolescence. Using the connection between the conceptions concerned to adolescence and notions of the subject and object, Self-Other, it was possible to constitute three dimensions along the development process of the adolescent: the Equal, the Different and the Complementary. Rorschach was used as an instrument to access the psychological subject, inserted in the French School, with the parameters, Self Representation and Relation Representation, and secondly, the transformational model that privileges the communication relation, the symbopzation, the creation and the expansion. Protocols were obtained from adolescents from 13 to 17 years old, of both genders, in the aim to observe the development between the Self and the Other(s) in this period of development.
