The objective of this article is to analyze the productive family units and the working relationships developed by a group of peasants unionized in the Association of Beekeepers of the Colombian Macizo - APIMACIZO. Methodologically, semistructured questionnaires were used among the peasants of the Association. Within the results we show the importance of family and neighborhood ties during agricultural work. These working relationships are framed in the principles of reciprocity and solidarity, which have been fundamental for the organization of the world of these peasants, not only from a technical perspective, but also symbolic.
