Abstract

ARREGUI, Emilio Álvarez; MARTIN, Alejandro Rodríguez  and  GONCALVES, Fernando Ribeiro. Blended learning Training ecosystems in the university practice: Valuation of the students and their effect on the learning style. Rev. Port. de Educação [online]. 2013, vol.26, n.1, pp.143-177. ISSN 0871-9187.

In this paper we present the results of a longitudinal research on blended learning ecosystems, in collaboration with the University of Algarve and innovation centres in Spain and Switzerland. We present the findings of its implementation among students in the final course of Education studies at the University of Oviedo. The sample is of 120 students. The methodology is quantitative. The instruments used are a self-made Questionnaire EcoFAE, a Learning Style Questionnaire-CHAEA and an Index of Learning Styles-ILS. The results show that the methodology facilitates a collaborative construction of the knowledge shared, which has a projection in the labour environment due to the participation of external agents. The students’ learning styles are also improved.
