To improve the knowledge and management of anaphylaxis in Portugal, the Portuguese Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (SPAIC) interest group on “Anaphylaxis and Fatal Immunoallergic Diseases” (GANDALF) has produced several educational materials. The present educational page reviews the clinical criteria for the diagnosis of anaphylaxis, idiopathic anaphylaxis and the main differential diagnoses, and presents the algorithm of differential diagnosis of anaphylaxis produced by GANDALF
