We present a case of pyloric stenosis that occurred in a patient with ileocolic Crohn’s disease without significant gastric inflammation, and treated with azathioprine and messalamine. Balloon dilatation, steroid therapy, omeprazol and polymeric en­teral nutrition were successful to resolve the stenosis. Later the patient was put on infliximab with good clinical response.
