Abstract

JEREMIAS, Ana Teresa Nogueira  and  CORREIA, Pedro Miguel Alves Ribeiro. Teamwork in Health as a Formal Relationship Process Enhancer of Job Satisfaction and Motivation. Sociologia [online]. 2019, vol.38, pp.88-109. ISSN 0872-3419.  https://doi.org/10.21747/08723419/soc38a5.

Team health work is widely used but remains a challenge and its consequences on job satisfaction and motivation are ambiguous. In order to minimize this uncertainty, a systematic r eview of the literature was carried out with eighteen journals from five scientific databases. In general, it was concluded that the evidence is still limited, but the summary data of medium to high-quality publications allow team work, essentially collaboration, to be recognized as a process of formal relationship between workers enhancing satisfaction and motivation

Keywords : teamwork in health; job satisfaction; work motivation.
