This paper aims to assess the risk perceptions of riggers in the live entertainment industry. Their activity and occupational risks were also characterized. The methodology used was the application of an online questionnaire to riggers. 163 valid responses were obtained, whose respondents came from 27 nationalities, in a universe of approximately 1000 workers. In the results obtained, the special concern of riggers in relation to ergonomic and organizational risks is highlighted. A hierarchy of risks was carried out, both in its emotional and cognitive components. Working at heights and tasks associated with suspending equipment are perceived as the highest risk.
