Retrograde jejunogastric intussusception is a rare late complication of Billroth Type II gastrectomy or gastrojejunostomy. Although the aetiology is not clear, it has a characteristic clinical presentation. The diagnostic work-up must be done quickly, and urgent surgical treatment should follow. A clinical case is described were retrograde jejunogastric intussusception occurred. The patient was surgically treated and had an uneventful recovery.
