Abstract

Metastases of testicular tumors to the retroperitoneum is a rare cause of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. The authors describe the case of a 32 years old patient, with a bleeding duodenal ulcer as a manifestation of metastatic embryonic cell non seminomatous tumor. The diagnosis of metastatic testicular tumor should be considered in the presence of ulceration of the third portion of the duodenum in a young male
