Resumen

HERRERA, Miguel Ángel Pleitez  y  AROS, Erick Leobardo Álvarez. SOCIAL INTERVENTIONS AIMED AT CHILDREN’S RIGHTS FROM 1964 TO 2021: A BIBLIOMETRIC REVIEW. Sociologia, Problemas e Práticas [online]. 2023, n.101, pp.95-116.  Epub 05-Jul-2023. ISSN 0873-6529.  https://doi.org/10.7458/spp202310125905.

The objective of this study was to explore the management of social programs, practices and interventions based on the guarantee of children’s rights. Therefore, from a bibliometric analysis, a bibliometric search was carried out from the Scopus database and a processing of the information through the R software, “Bibliometrix and Biblioshiny”, considering the time period from 1964 to October 2021. In this regard, two key periods were visualized, which evidenced two great ways of conceiving social welfare in terms of guaranteeing the rights of children. The first spanned from 1964 to 2012 where the emphasis was on improving the economy, and the second spanned from 2013 to 2021 where the person is valued as the center of social intervention processes. This study constitutes a guideline for the construction of an antecedent on the evolution of social programs, practices and interventions and their impact on the lives of children.

Palabras clave : social welfare; social programs; intervention; childhood and guarantee of rights..
