Abstract

CARRILHO, Tiago. Partnership processes and results in local projects of employment promotion. Economia Global e Gestão [online]. 2008, vol.13, n.3, pp.137-155. ISSN 0873-7444.

This article studies partnership processes and respective results in three local projects, À Medida, Formart e Le Cheile, analysed on the basis of case study methodology. The analysis considers two principles: processes and results interaction, and combination of quantitative and qualitative studies. Partnership work emerges in project design, in actors’ involvement in making resources available and task co-ordination, and in organizational change in terms of projects and origin institutions. This foundation makes it possible to use and combine resources which generate quantitative and qualitative results in terms of local employment promotion and social inclusion.
