Methods: observational descriptive study whose subjects are women who have given birth and professionals involved in care delivery at the Hospital San Juan de la Cruz de Úbeda (Spain). We used a specifically designed questionnaire and conducted a descriptive analysis of data through absolute frequency, relative, mean and standard deviation. Results the majority of the professionals are happy, motivated and have adapted to the new midwifery practices. The women are satisfied with the care received during labor. Conclusion: the new model of care during childbirth has been adopted by health professionals, which means that women are satisfied with good obstetric and neonatal outcomes.
